2. ORDERING FROM US

1. 2.1 You are deemed to place an Order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
2. 2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email.
3. 2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
1. (a) Where goods are not available.
2. (b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
4. (d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms & conditions.

3. PRICING

1. 3.1 All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
2. 3.2 We charge separately for post and packaging.
3. 3.3 The above charges will be applied and shown prior to checkout.
4. 3.4 All our prices are reviewed periodically.

4. CANCELLATION

1. 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by emailing us at: sales@naravadee-handbags.com, before we have despatched the goods to you.
2. 4.2 Where goods have already been despatched to you, please refer to our "Returns Policy".
3. 4.3 The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Returns should be sent to our Trading address and items are required to be checked upon receipt. If items do arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 3 days by email at: sales@naravadee-handbags.com and arrange to post the item back to naravadee-handbags.com . If you do not contact us within 3 days of receipt, then we will have no liability for any items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
4. 4.4 Naravadee-handbags.com does not accept responsibility for returned items that are "lost" or "delayed" in the post, nor for items that are not "signed for" by a member of the Naravadee team.
5. 4.5 Refunds are not actioned until items are fully returned with all the appropriate packaging intact. You should also ensure that returned items are suitably packaged for return. Any items damaged in transit will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your cost.
6. 4.6 In keeping with fraud prevention measures, refunds will only be issued in the same form as the payment ie to the credit/debit card originally used.
7. 4.7 The right to return the goods to us as referred above will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Articles must be returned in their original new condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

5. SERVICE ACCESS

1. 5.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24hrs a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
