You can return or exchange any goods bought from Naravadee-handbags.com within 14 days from when you receive them.

Via a secure post office service (recorded delivery), with the invoice, your name, and order number.
All we ask is that the goods returned should be in a saleable condition

The tags have not been removed
The garment has not been damaged
The packaging is returned as was delivered.

We issue the refund ( or send out an exchange) within 24hrs of receiving the returns, and you will see the credit on your card after 4 to 5 working days.
